A Coach Who's Walked the Path

Siobhan's journey into life coaching began unexpectedly after her own career pivot at age 43. She'd spent 15 years in corporate HR management across Dublin, then recognised she wanted something different. That personal shift — the uncertainty, the reframing, the questions about identity beyond career — shaped everything she does now.

She completed her diploma in Transformational Coaching at the Irish Institute of Professional Coaching in 2008 and immediately saw the gap. There weren't enough quality resources for Irish adults navigating the 45+ life stage. So she started filling it.

Over the past 16 years, she's worked with executives, entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals across sectors. Her clients aren't looking for generic advice — they're wrestling with real questions. How do you rebuild identity after decades in one career? What does a meaningful second chapter actually look like? How do you shift from "Am I doing enough?" to "What matters now?"

Her approach combines cognitive behavioural techniques, positive psychology, and honest storytelling. She's a firm believer that mindset shifts precede meaningful change. And she doesn't believe in quick fixes. Real reinvention takes work, but it's absolutely possible.

Core Specialisation

What She Works With

Siobhan's focus is entirely on adults navigating the 45+ life stage. Her expertise covers the mindset shifts and practical strategies that matter most during this transition.

Pre-Retirement Mindset Coaching

Moving beyond "I should retire soon" to "What does my next chapter look like?" Helping clients reframe identity, purpose, and financial wellness before the transition.

Personal Reinvention & Career Transition

Whether it's leaving corporate life, starting something new, or pivoting completely — she guides clients through the psychological and practical aspects of significant change.

Second Chapter Goal Setting

Setting meaningful goals that actually align with who you are now, not who you were 20 years ago. Goals that energise rather than exhaust.

Age Transition Adaptation

The real conversation about ageing, identity shifts, and building confidence in a culture that often undervalues the 45+ demographic.

Her Approach

What Siobhan Believes

"Mindset shifts precede meaningful change. But mindset work isn't fluffy — it's grounded in psychology, honest conversations, and real-world strategy."

Authenticity Over Templates

One-size-fits-all coaching doesn't work. Every client's story is different, and their goals should reflect who they actually are — not who society expects them to be.

Practical Psychology

She combines cognitive behavioural techniques with positive psychology, grounded in research. You won't hear vague promises here — just evidence-based frameworks that actually work.

Irish Context Matters

Advice from a US coach doesn't always fit the Irish experience. She understands the cultural nuances, the workplace dynamics, and the specific challenges facing Irish adults 45+.

Reinvention is Possible

It's not too late. You're not past your peak. The skills, experience, and self-awareness you've built over 45+ years are assets for what comes next.
